A few days ago, I watched Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Yes, I love J.K. Rowling’s series. Since I’ve gotten Sadie’s hair cut, I think she looks like Dobby the House Elf from Harry Potter. She’s got his huge eyes, ears that stick out and a cute, worried smile.

In her previous life, was she a good elf. Did she work hard for her family? Do as she was told? I’m wondering if somebody gave her some clothes in her previous life. Because now, she doesn’t do any work. She gets treats every day and she goes for walks.

Or was she a bad elf? Maybe this is a step down. She doesn’t get to decide her fate. She only goes for walks when I decide. She only gets treats when I deem she deserves them. And she’s alone. Well, unless she has to be with mom’s dog, crazy Daisy, who would be like Draco Malfoy.

What do you think? I swear she’s looks like Dobby. Her fur is shaved and she’s got the same slickness as Dobby. The down side, she can’t do magic. She does bark. A lot. Does that count? According to Potter, Dobby was annoying, keeping from getting on the Hogwarts train, stealing letters from his friends. So, barking counts?
