Battle of the Bulge

The constant battle is a hard one. I’ve tried so many different diets and am gainer, not a loser. Well, excuses are done. I’m tired of having to buy fat clothes and wearing clothes that fit too tight in all the wrong places.
Today, I went back on I like this site because it’s free and I can journal. Whatever I put in my mouth, I log on my personal journal. And it records fitness. So, today twenty minutes of yoga which I know isn’t much, but its a start.

My weigh in days will be on Tuesdays. Mondays are too hard because its after the weekend and yes, I tend to worse on the weekends. Go figure.

What kinds of weightloss programs have you tried? What works? What doesn’t?
