Snuggle Dog and I had to take my nephew yesterday to Golden High School for football practice. The beauty of Colorado never ceases to astound me. While he practiced, I took Sadie, my little snuggle dog, for a walk, around the high school which is nestled in the foothills. The neighborhoods had old houses, remodeled houses, beautiful landscapes. I’d look at every house and think wow, if only I had enough money….
Some houses scream money. I’ve always wanted to walk up to the door, ring the doorbell and ask what do you do? I know they’re not teachers or social workers. Or if they are, what did I do wrong?
Do you ever have an urge to do this?
I wish I had taken my phone on the walk and taken more pictures. We stumbled across a part called Discovery Park and there were dinosaurs – a bones of a t-rex that was a jungle gym and a brontosaurs for kids to climb on. Cool huh?
